I think your solution would be easier to learn than mine. I actually tried a couple variations before the latest one in this video, but I became more and more concerned that my solution wouldn’t achieve fast typing speeds. I’m fascinated by the trade-off between potential top speed vs. the amount of muscle memory development needed during onboarding.

Alas, I gave up on this project after I found out that Oculus Dash does not adhere to the Open VR standard. I built this app as a background service, but Touch won’t send input to it while Dash is running. It works in any app in isolation, but not in Dash where I most wanted it. :(

I shifted gears and 3d-printed a clip to hook my QWERTY keyboard to my belt, which actually works quite nicely. :)
